About Our Service
Sunny Smiles Family Day Care is an approved home-based family day care service operating in the Fairfield LGA, NSW, under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Our service is coordinated by Fairfield City Best Start Education & Care. We provide care for children aged 0–5 years Monday to Friday. Availability is subject to vacancies and suitability assessment.
Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability. You must not use this website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material that consists of or is linked to any spyware, computer virus, or other malicious software. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sunny Smiles Family Day Care and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Enquiry & Enrolment
Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a place at Sunny Smiles Family Day Care. All enquiries are assessed based on current availability, the age of your child, and the suitability of our service for your family's needs. We will contact you to discuss your enquiry and, if appropriate, arrange an orientation visit. Formal enrolment is subject to completion of all required documentation and approval by our coordinating provider, Fairfield City Best Start Education & Care.
Fees & Payments
Current fee information is available on our Programs & Activities page and will be confirmed in writing prior to enrolment. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Families may be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) administered by Services Australia, which can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs. It is the responsibility of families to apply for and maintain their CCS entitlement. Gap fees are payable in accordance with the fee schedule agreed at enrolment.
Cancellation & Absence
Notice requirements for cancelling your enrolment or changing your booked days will be set out in your enrolment agreement. Absences may affect your Child Care Subsidy entitlement in accordance with Services Australia rules. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend care in circumstances outlined in our service policies, including non-payment of fees or behaviour that poses a risk to the safety of children or educators.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sunny Smiles Family Day Care excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on information contained within it. The information on this website is provided in good faith and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication, but we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Disclaimer are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
